What kind of pen do you use Ale? brush pen?

2:14 PM
Blogger Ale said...

Hey Stef!
Yes, is a Kaimei Japanese fountain pen with a wonderful real hair brush nib.
Very very hard to control.
What about you?
Do you actually use a brush with an ink bottle?
I tried that for a wile, but it way too messy.

Blogger Atsushi said...

Amazing. I like it a lot.
Definitely I must try brush pen on my sketchbook, too.

Thanks Ale! I'm using a Pentel Brush pen that I bougt in Japan, I love it! But it's not real hair, I'll try to find one like yours to give it a go, again, your sketches ar so inspirational and beautiful!

Your sketches are inspiring! Hope no one has asked this yet, but did you get the sketchbook itself from Europe? Have not seen sketchbooks that lay flat as yours. Brushpens seem to always get worn out on rough paper too.

Great work! more please... :)
